This is one of the early academic pieces dealing with the engagement of faith-based organizations and communities in the fight against corruption. The author, Katharine Marshall, was the former World Bank director of the unit responsible for engagement with faith-based institutions. After a review of the problem of corruption and the responses by the international community, this report describes how faith organizations are responding and offers ten areas of action.
