Keila García is Public Management Director at Asociación para una Sociedad más Justa (ASJ), a chapter of Transparency International in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Keila Garcia has served as the Public Management Director at ASJ since February 2018. Keila joined ASJ in April 2008 as the head of the project design, planning and monitoring department, when she also created the structure and work plan for ASJ’s administration department. In 2015 Keila was designated as the Project manager for the Transparency, Fight against Corruption and Integrity System TI/ASJ/Government of Honduras Agreement which ended in January 2018.
Prior to ASJ, Keila worked from 2004-2008 as Senior Research Analyst and Program Manager at Geneva Global Inc, an American Philanthropic Advisor based in Pennsylvania, USA. As an engineer she also worked at SNC-Lavalin International, a Canadian Construction and Consulting firm, assisting the Marketing Vice-president in developing business in the Central American region by establishing relationships with potential clients (local government and private entities) and partners (Local consulting companies), she also worked with the technical teams in preparing the technical and financial proposals for bidding processes. Keila holds a Master’s Degree in Program Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
